About Us

Our formula is simple: Great Gear + Insanely Low Prices = DealSergeant Daily Deal.The gear we feature is intended for shooting sports, hunting, hiking, camping, adventures, military, police, security, survival and tactical uses. We work hard to get the lowest price possible. We often go straight to the factory and scour the world over for end of lots, overstock items, surplus inventory and liquidation sales. After finding good gear at great prices we buy in large quantities for the absolute best pricing and then sell to our customers with the smallest possible mark-up that can keep us in business.

We take great pride in the products that we find and deals we can offer and generally would not be caught selling anything we would not anxiously use ourselves. Heck, the reason we started this site in the first place was because we wanted to get great prices on great gear and figured if we were selling it maybe we could keep some an item or two from time to time for areasearch purposes.

How it Works

While we may change the rules from time to time, the site is primarily a daily deal site. We offer one product at a time one day at a time. A new deal drops at 12:00 am PST and lasts either 24 hours or until it is sold out. We try to buy as much of a particular item as we can but sometimes the quantities are limited and sell out quickly. If an item sells out, the countdown box will change and the Add to Cart button will go away.

Deal Points

We are still trying to figure the best way to manage this but the primary objective is to create a system that rewards loyal customers and active DealSergeant.com members for their ongoing support. It will likely evolve over time and we will have to weed out cases of abuse but we hope it will be a way to keep you actively participating in the site. The way we can offer the low prices is by combining the purchasing power of a large group (you the customer and all your friends), the bigger the group becomes, the more buiying power we have and the better prices we can offer on the products. So, we use points as a way to grow our member/customer base.

We will occasionally offer incentives and reward customers with points such as an incentive to get a friend involved in the site or to poke us on FaceBook or like us or whatever it is. We have also set it up right now to reward customers with 1 point for every dollar you spend. Plus, when you sign-up for an account and accept the daily alerts, you will get started with a 500 point bonus ($5). Its like credit card incentives without all the fees!

You can use your points by logging into the site before starting the checkout process. Once you login, you will see your point options during checkout, the amount of points you will earn and you can choose how to spend your points.

Getting Your Gear

We ship items via UPS or via the US Postal Service. While we strive to ship items as fast as we can we may occasionally be overwhelmed with orders and it can sometimes take a day or two to ship some orders. For orders with expedited shipping services, we can usually get those out the same day they were ordered if the order is placed before 1:00 pm PST (except weekends or holidays). Currently we are only able to ship items to USA based addresses. After your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you tracking information.
